
Feldenkrais method
The Feldenkrais Method explores new patterns of movement and generates increased
ease and pleasure of movement by expanding your Self-awareness. Zoran will take
you through a series of gentle movements that will awaken you to the process
of moving. Through this series of movements you will observe the quality of
change in your body. Regular practice of Awareness Through Movement encourages
more efficient, easier ways of moving and will: alleviate stress and related
difficulties; integrate body use following acute, longstanding injury or neurological
conditions; enhance your performance in areas such as dance, sport and music;
and allow great clarity in thinking and improved creativity.
